What information do we store?

FormSend is committed to customer privacy and security.  We collect minimal information from customers and store only the information that is necessary to personalize the site for the user's convenience and maintain user accounts.  128 bit encryption is used on all pages where personal information is handled.  For FormSend members, this information includes name, email address, and credit information (additional information may be collected and stored for non-members).  Your e-mail address is used to communicate with you by sending order confirmations and other information relevant to your membership such as special offers and newsletters.  Of course, if you do not wish to receive special offers and/or newsletters you are free to opt out at any time.

Do you share or sell my information?

For FormSend members, your information is only used as described above. Certain information such as email address may be shared and used to send you newsletters or partner promotions. You can opt not to receive these communications in your Account.

Information provided by non-members may be shared.

What are cookies, and how does FormSend use them?

A cookie is a small piece of information about an Internet session that may be created when a visitor accesses a website.  Presently, the FormSend website uses cookies to remember the documents and forms you placed on your My Forms page and to provide a higher level of convenience for you.  

The cookies used by FormSend:

• Contain only an id that allows us to find your My Forms content and account information.
• Do not retrieve any information from your personal computer.
