- Select the document(s) you want to receive by checking
the checkbox(es) on the left in your My Forms folder.
- Press the Send button. The Delivery Mode screen will
load.
- Choose Email delivery by clicking Email on the Delivery
Mode screen and press Next. If fees are due
for any of the documents you have selected, the Payment
Method screen will load. Otherwise, the
Order Confirmation screen will load.
- (If no fees are due go to step 5.) Enter your credit
card information on the Payment Method screen and press
Next. The Order Confirmation screen will load.
- Check your order information on the Order Confirmation
screen and press Submit to place your order. The Order
Record screen will load.
- Print the Order Record screen for your records and press
Return to return to your My Forms folder.
